She said an hour and I was out the door before an hour. She has always been spot on for me every time I go there for service. She is the best service advisor I have had at Sun Toyota. Definitely ask for Kira, she will make sure you are taken care of.

I had a terrible experience with my last two dealerships. It seems like post-COVID, they are all trying to make a profit but sometimes they try to take advantage of customers. When I bought a car during the pandemic, the stock was limited, and when I tried to trade it in, they said prices had gone down because we are not in the middle of COVID anymore. It was frustrating. This does not reflect my experience with Sun Toyota and its sales team. However, I was fortunate enough to have a former colleague in the industry named Amgad Khalil who was straightforward about the process and how he and the dealership could assist me. He proved reliable and lived up to his 25-year reputation in the business. The salesman presented a buyer's order and significantly made the deal possible. He provided the exact numbers that I had requested to ensure that the pre-authorization finance would be satisfied. The sales manager and he worked together to make the impossible happen. I cannot speak highly enough of this salesman. As long as you are honest with him and straightforward, he and the dealership can meet your needs. When you're unsure, reach out to him and clearly communicate your goals, desired outcomes, and financial preferences. He's a trustworthy business partner who will do everything possible to support you. We had the pleasure of meeting Darren today. We weren’t really looking for a vehicle. We bought our 2022 Camry for service. While we were waiting for are services we were looking at the Toyota Crown. We got talking with DarrenR, my husband Wes told Darren that he was not happy with the Camry because it was too low and he kept hitting the parking barriers with it. Also that he didn’t like the small tires because we could hear and feel the road. Darren said let’s see what I can do to get you in this Crown which I believe you would be much happier with. So we test drove it and loved it. Then Wes worked with Darren R. and we happily left with the new Toyota Crown. Darren R. Was very knowledgeable about Toyota’s and all the details.
