Prior to this we lived in the metro area of Daytona Beach and had purchased and had our Toyota serviced by the selling dealer Daytona Toyota, I initially called and spoke with Assistant Service Advisor, Ray Price. He was very knowledgeable and quickly gave me the information needed for me to make a decision to have our Toyota serviced by Sun Toyota. When we arrived for our service appointments Ray met us and quickly got the necessary services noted, gave us an expected finish time, and kept us informed the entire time. It was such a pleasant experience and bolstered my confidence that we had made the right decision. Ray Price epitomizes what a service advisor should be. Not sufficient adjectives about Ray and Sun Toyota service department. Daytona Toyota should take notes and emulate what Sun Toyota does to insure customer satisfaction.
Vinny and Leslie were outstanding!!! I picked out my car and made a deal with Vinny and he listened to my wants and needs. Vinny was able to beat my offer that I got from Clearwater Toyota and give me a great deal! Once my car arrived a month later, Leslie assisted me during the buying process and explained everything efficiently and in a timely manner. The whole process went so smoothly without any delays and I was driving away in my new Highlander within a few hours.
The sales agent Leslie was very professional. I met her manager and he advised me of a deal he was going to give me but it wasn’t really a deal. I was polite and left. I got my car a lot less somewhere else with the entire package. Can’t really BS with having google and other websites these days. Again Leslie was very nice and professional. Big turn off when the manager tries to tell you there giving you something and there really not. I got my Toyota at another big dealership who was willing to drop some fees and paid cash for it with everything on it. Was able to do that because they worked with me. I love my Toyota Corolla 2022. Will get my Highlander in a couple years from same people.

Darren Rocha reached out as soon as I made the inquiry. Set up the first 4Runner we discussed and I actually ended up buying a different one. Over all happy with the process, especially given the times we are in. Darren was very professional and helpful. I was in and out of there pretty quickly. They even covered an Uber so I could take my car home and come back to get the new one. No experience with the service department yet.
Great customer service. Very professional. I have been servicing my car for about 2 yrs. and I am very pleased with their service. They tell you what your car needs but don't push you to buy the services your car might need. They are very polite and keep you inform of the progress while you wait. I highly recommend this dealership.
I live 2 1/2 hrs away from Sun Toyota. I called up and spoke with Cher, she was easy to talk with and not pushy. Told her I don’t like the buying process and don’t want to play any games. It was more like buying from a friend than a dealership. She sent me pics and video and answered the many questions I had. I trusted her to the point I was ready to buy the car when I got there. Cher was sick the day I came to do the deal and her associate Leslie did a fine job covering for her. Hate buying from dealerships but this one was most pleasant by far.
James May, a Service Department employee at Sun Toyota was exceptionally helpful recently when I needed service on my 2019 Highlander. He is friendly and answered many questions regarding maintenance service alerts.as well as other issues. He communicated frequently during my wait time and texted me when the work on the vehicle was completed. When he asked what he could do to earn a 5-star rating from me, I readily replied that he could help me with my Bluetooth because I had recently replaced my smart phone and struggled with the pairing. It took him only a couple minutes to get that done. James is the kind of employee everyone appreciates. He has a good attitude and is willing to work.
Leslie was was great. I bought a car from her. I love it ..there was some problems with the tail light..went up there and they took care of all of it with no change..they where fast and I was very happy thanks for great service. They also have great hot chocolate.
My husband and I traveled 1.5hr from Polk County to purchase a vehicle from Sun Toyota this weekend. It was our 2nd trip there in a week and Austin Heisler is the reason Sun Toyota earned our future business. I first called Sun Toyota last Saturday inquiring about two vehicles on the website. Austin answered the phone and was extremely professional, energetic, and knowledgeable. He was able to provide me with answers immediately and offered for us to come do a test drive on a similar vehicle that was on the lot. We stayed in communication over text and he was ready for us when we arrived. Throughout the process, Austin fought for my business and made it very clear he was on my side. We've have bad experiences with sales and service at Lakeland Toyota and Regal Honda in Lakeland, so we decided to look elsewhere for a dealer. I'm so glad we found Sun Toyota and Austin. We put a deposit down on a vehicle that wasn't expected to arrive until the end of the month. Austin knew that I was in dire need of a vehicle as soon as possible and he made it happen. He contacted me this Saturday about a vehicle that was just delivered to the lot, but the original buyer's had backed out. He sent me a photo and answered all of my questions. We drove up there and I sealed the deal with Austin for my new 2021 Rav4 Hybrid XSE. The vehicle was spotless - kudos to your service department. Austin guided us through the entire buying process and helped me connect my phone to Bluetooth and connect my Toyota services before I left. He is a one of a kind and Sun Toyota is lucky to have him. His customer service skills are through the roof. He knows what he's talking about and he is determined to make the Sun Toyota experience a flawless one. I have no doubt that when my husband is ready to replace his vehicle, we will be coming to Sun Toyota and asking for Austin. We hope he will have been promoted by then, but if he's still doing sales, we will go through him. I'm excited to bring my vehicle back in July for its first service. I have no doubt that I will receive amazing customer service and I feel confident that my new vehicle will be treated well by your staff.
